Join the National Association of Ukrainian Oncologists (NAUO)
National Association of Ukrainian Oncologists (NAUO) is an all-Ukrainian non-governmental, non-commercial public organization that unites citizens of Ukraine whose professional activities are related to the problems of oncology.
Our tasks:
- to contribute to the improvement of professional qualifications of oncologists at the level of international requirements
- to contribute the creation of an appropriate regulatory and legal framework in the field of oncology
- to create scientific developments of priority problems of oncology
- to promote active participation in the dissemination of oncology knowledge among the population
- organization and holding of discussions, round tables, seminars, conferences, etc
- work with mass media
- holding press conferences, publishing printed materials
The main purpose of the Association's activity is to unite efforts to create optimal conditions for comprehensive development, maximum realization of creative potential, social and legal protection of specialists employed in the field of clinical and experimental oncology
To achieve its goals, NAUO:
- has connections with state institutions and public organizations of Ukraine and abroad
- takes part in the development, discussion and submission for approval of regulatory documents that regulate the activities of oncologists
- organizes and takes part in congresses, conferences, symposia, seminars, scientific meetings, educational cycles, courses and schools of specialists, exhibitions organized by state authorities or/and public organizations, both in Ukraine and abroad
- conducts analysis and generalization of the results of scientific research, actively promotes the introduction of best practices and new achievements of science and technology into health care practice
- takes part in the development of a strategy for domestic production and procurement of medical equipment and medical products for the needs of Ukrainian oncology
- provides professional, legal, advisory assistance and social and legal protection of the Association's members
